What We Do

FLAT BED DIE CUTTING

We have two large scale die cutters. Our thermal simplacutter has a bed enabling us to cut and heat seal parts.

LAMINATING

We have a dedicated laminator for more specialised laminato jobs. Our laminator also has a heating element for activating adhesives in specialised materials, our laminator is able to take rolls up to 600mm width.

LOG ROLL SLIT

We have a roll to roll razor slitter capable of slitting and rewinding rolls from 5mm to a max width of 600mm

REWINDING

We are able to rewind log rolls from up to 500m long to 5m rolls, which are able to slit and zone laminate. We can handle log rolls to a maximum width of 1500mm

SHEETING

We have a sheet slitter which is able to slit material while sheeting. The max log roll size is 1100mm and max lenght is 1500mm.

ROTARY

We have two rotary die cutters. Our cutters each have two die cutting staions as well as two weed out lamination stations, this means that our rotary cutters can kiss cut, weed laminate and final cut all in-line. Our max die width for the rotary cutting machines is 300mm.
